Non-Profit Status Achieved

On February 16, 2013, our company became a non-profit corporation. Members of the Board of Directors include theatrical sound designer Edward Moser, financial professional James Yap, and playwright and producer William Goodman. On July 23, 2014, the Internal Revenue Service approved us as a tax-exempt organization.
